Minutes: 2002-0206-00 diaz will continue to investigate and attempt to repair the unreliability of the bank web interface. he will report on progress by the next meeting. any user of the bank who experiences problems should let diaz know via email. members are reminded that the email and command-line interfaces remain reliable.

2002-0206-01 plus will arange for at least two neighbors to be able to provide access to his house, and will make them aware of the possability of our requesting access when he's not available. he will also provide the collective with a list of contact infomation with an escalation path. each contact should request ID.

2002-0206-02 anothy will check on the status of dns instructions and email the group my findings.

2002-0206-03 anothy will check with tal about our welcome letter and dhog's departure letter.

2002-0206-04 anothy will investigate adding confirmation emails to parties involved in each transaction. he will report on findings by next meeting.

2002-0206-05 Mike Andrews is now a member of the collective. his handle will be mikea. anothy will update various membership lists acordingly.

2002-0206-06 assuming the new equipment is fully functional, the collective will swap our latest UPS with the one plus recently purchased, and refund him the difference in cost. plus will email anothy the exact total cost of the new UPS, and anothy will update the bank acordingly.

2002-0206-07 "Bank" will now be called "The People's Ledger", known as "pledge" for short. anothy will make needed changes.

2002-0206-08 anothy will investigate current TaskMaster^? status and report at the next meeting on its suitability for use by WhatExit^?. until TaskMaster^? is suitable, members may email anothy WhatExit^? action items and he will keep them in a publicly accesable file. anothy will email members the location of this file.
