Python Bank Proposal

This page is to track the progress of the proposal for a replacement for bank.

Plan

tal's proposal is:

1. we meet on a weekly basis until this is resolved
2. first meeting is in-person to get agreement on the high-level issues.
3. a few phone call meeting if we need them (I can set up conference calls)
4. some massive code debugging sessions as the python code is nearly completed.
5. I propose Saturday 11am-noon starting Aug 2.
