Minutes for the 2/3/2000 Collective Meeting.

1.  Geoff will:
o Get an exact quote from SpeakEasy for 1.1Mb/s  SDSL routed
service with 6 (expanding to 16)  addresses plus CPE. 
o Check whether SpeakEasy offers higher speeds
o Try to get the router for free
