Minutes for the 2/17/2000 Collective Meeting.

the day before the meeting.

The agenda will be sent out by 5pm the day before the meeting.

00-02-17-1.  Authorize Geoff to obtain a P.O. Box in Maplewood for
6 months, charged to the collective.

00-02-17-2.  Members will review the latest entry/exit proposal for
discussion at the next meeting (3/2/2000)

00-02-17-3.  Geoff will send maps for "rack night" to be
held on Feb 21, 2000.
