Minutes for the 2000/05/25 meeting.

Meetings:
Reports and agenda items are to be sent to 'diaz' by noon
the day before the meeting.

The agenda will be sent out by 5pm the day before the meeting.

2000-0525-1  Remove the phrase "+ 5% overhead" from the procedures.

2000-0525-2  Shaun will report on "remote power strip" models and
prices by next meeting.

2000-0525-3  The access policy is:
1.  Access to install, maintain, or remove servers will be by appointment
typically within one week, if not sooner.
2.  When Geoff is on vacation, one person of Geoff's choosing will have
a spare house key and his burglar alarm access code.  This person will not
duplicate the key nor divulge the access code, and will provide emergency
access to the house.

2000-0523-4  Geoff will research and report on KVMs by next meeting.

2000-0523-5  Collective assets shall be depreciated on a 3-year straight
line schedule.

2000-0523-6  The "whatexit" meeting will be consolidated with the Murray
Hill monthly meeting on the second Thursday of the month, assuming other
meetings can be moved.  It will run 5 - 6:30pm in MH 2A-435.
