The Bank statement will clarify the scopes of each portion of the
statement, putting the global information at the top and personal
information following.

If at a regular meeting, the Bank determines that member's balance is
uncollectable or unpayable, the residual amount will be apportioned to
those members whose transactions have contributed to that amount, in
proportion.

The Baldwin collective is now a member of the Bank.

What Exit requests that the Bank consider developing a report that
would clarify the cash flow, asset, and expense picture for itself.

2001-0221-what-2
Geoff is requested to close the Speak Easy ISP account, as it is now
no longer being used by What Exit.  We recommend withholding payment
on any remaining bills, as we have had consistently bad service.

Michael will now be the clerk of the What Exit meeting, and Geoff will
now be the treasurer.  Matthew will continue as the recording clerk.
We thank outgoing clerk Tom for his work on behalf of the collective.

The Café collective is now laid down, once the assets in the cookie jar
and the fridge are collected by Anthony.
