Minutes for the 2001/05/13 What Exit Meeting.

Geoff will close out the Speak Easy account, shutting off billing and
service no later than 2001/05/20.  He will offer the Flow Point router
back to them, and attempt to have them waive all pending charges.
If they insist on payment, he is authorized to pay them up to $100.
More than that will require "management" (What Exit) approval.

Geoff has left the What Exit collective, pursuing his Silicon Valley
dreams in sunny California.  We thank him for hosting the collective's
equipment and wish him well.
