The meeting began at 20:05.

Minutes:
2001-1126-01   diaz will continue to investigate and attempt to repair the
   unreliability of the bank web interface. he will report on progress by the next
   meeting. any user of the bank who experiences problems should let diaz know
   via email. members are reminded that the email and command-line interfaces
   remain reliable.

2001-1126-02   cross will contact geoff to determine whether SpeakEasy is still
   bothering him about outstanding balances and will report by next meeting.

2001-1126-03   plus will arrange for at least two neighbors to be able to provide
   access to his house, and will make them aware of the possibility of our
   requesting access when he's not available. he will also provide the collective
   with a list of contact information with an escalation path. each contact should
   request ID.

2001-1126-04   michael will create 9srv.net/dns.html with instructions for
   adding DNS secondaries for domains hosted by the collective.

2001-1126-05   publicly accessible collective documents will not contain postal
   addresses. anothy will remove any references from old meeting minutes.

2001-1126-06   cbm is leaving the collective. his departure will be dated
   2001/10/16, the date his request was received.

2001-1126-07   dhog is leaving the collective. his departure will be dated
   2001/10/05. anothy will provide tal with the relevant information for an
   informative letter to dhog.

2001-1126-08   anothy and tal will draft a welcome to the collective letter and
   circulation for review for approval at the next meeting.

2001-1126-09   diaz will investigate adding passwords to the bank. he will
   report by next meeting.

2001-1126-10   anothy will investigate adding confirmation emails to parties
   involved in each transaction. he will report on findings by next meeting.
