Minutes:
2002-0923-00   The collective thanks cross for arranging the acquisition of our new free rack, and michael, plus, and uriel for picking it up.

2002-0923-01   The members will read the proposed changes to the collective procedures and be prepared to review them at the next meeting. Members should email suggested changes or concerns, if any, to the collective for discussion.

2002-0923-02   The collective thanks mikea for acquiring foodstuffs for the meeting. Anothy will arrange foodstuffs for the next meeting.

2002-0923-03   Mikea will be responsible for maintaining mailing lists going forward. He will contact anothy and tal about migration issues. Ck will be his backup. Members should email mikea and ck about any mailing list issues. Tal will manage the WhatExit documentation on the web, with anothy as backup. Tal will provide to the members instructions for making changes to the information. Ges will manage network administration for the collective, including IP, dns, and connectivity issues, both within the collective and between the collective and Megapath. He will not be responsible for forward DNS administration for members. Anothy will be his backup. Michael will be clerk for the meeting. Plus will be assistant clerk. Ste will be recording clerk. Anothy will be treasurer. Ck will be assistant treasurer. Ck will be responsible for plant management. Plus will be his backup. Plus will be responsible for Megapath billing. Stephanie will be the official baker to the collective, with thanks for contributions so far. Ges will be assistant baker.

2002-0923-04   Anothy will absorb charges incurred by ges between the time ges was added to the whatexit bank distribution and when he was added to the mailing lists and had the service made available to him.

2002-0923-05   Ges will investigate getting additional IP addresses from Megapath. He is authorized to incur an increase of up to $30/month in monthly costs for an additional block of 16. He should try to avoid renumbering, and try to get a contiguous block of addresses. Avoiding renumbering is given priority over contiguity.

2002-0923-06   Ges will set up RT for network admin tasks. It will be used on a trial basis, under consideration for the other areas of responsibility. Ges will let the collective how to use it via email.
