The meeting started at 8:33pm.

Ste read the last month's minutes.

Anothy gave the treasurer's report.

2003-0127-00   Anothy will email an asset report and a statement out to us
      this week, and retroactively apply interest for the months
      when O was down.

2003-0127-01   Anothy will correct Paul's participation in the collective,
      re: O.

Ges read the Networking Admin's report.

2003-0127-02   The collective will attempt to retain our current IP
      addresses, when moving the colo.

2003-0127-03   The billing for our connectivity will be to the person who
      owns the property where the connectivity is provided.

ck read the Plant manager's report.

2003-0127-04   As part of the colo relocation, we will obtain, for each
      piece of equipment, it's power usage, both during startup,
      and after it stabilizes. This will also be done for any
      future equipment we might add.

2003-0127-05   The collective decided that we should have two 30amp lines run
      to power our equipment, at the colo's new location.

2003-0127-06   Ck will obtain a temperature controlled fan for the colo, and
      we authorize him to spend up $75.00 to do so. If it's not
      obtained before the colo's move, he will loan us a temporary
      fan.

2003-0127-07   Ges will investigate what environment monitors are available
      for our use, and what the costs for them would be, and report
      this to us at next month's meeting.

2003-0127-08   We authorize ck to spend up to $175.00 to buy two shelves for
      the colo's equipment, either buy purchasing one or both of
      plus' shelves, or new, from a store.

2003-0127-09   Anthony will take care of entering the transactions needed to
      pay plus for charges related to the ups swap, that the
      collective did with him.

2003-0127-10   Stephanie's presence and the chocolate tasting opportunies she
      presents us, were sorely missed.

2003-0127-11   The collective welcome's Phil Salkie as our newest member. His
      WhatExit handle is phil.

2003-0127-12   The colo is moving from plus's house to phil's house. Phil
      and ges will place the order with Megapath, this week, to
      begin the move. At the same time, Phil will begin getting the
      electrical wiring done. They will coordinate with ck re: any
      plant issues.

2003-0127-13   The members will review the recommended procedures provided by
      Michael and comment on them via email between now and the next
      meeting, where we will discuss them for approval.

2003-0127-14   The next meeting will be held at the colo's new location
      (Phil's house).

2003-0127-15   Phil will now be the caterer to the collective.
