We discussed the situation regarding our DSL line. The info that Michael
provided to Ges, aboput what CO the site is hooked to was passed on to
MegaPath who was incensed on our behalf. They are attempting to see what
can be done for us.

2003-0307-00   Ges will continue to push MegaPath to resolve the problem
      with providing our DSL service. At the same time, Ges
      will try to get the service directly from Covad. They offer
      the same service for essentially the same price. For $20 a
      month, we'd have 61 static address from them.

2003-0307-01   Anothy will email an asset report and statement out to us
      this week, and retroactively apply interest for the months
      when O was down. (Carried over from 2003-0127)

2003-0307-02   Anothy will take care of entering the transactions needed to
      pay plus for charges related to the ups swap, that the
      collective did with him. (Carried over from 2003-0127)

2003-0307-03   Given that Michael and Uriel are moving, we need a new clerk.
      Anothy has been selected to be our new clerk, and Plus
      remains the Assistant clerk.

2003-0307-04   The Collective would like to thank Stephanie for the wonderful
      uber yummy cake and bread she brought to tonight's meeting.
      Its chocolate effervesence and delicate flavor caused extreme
      gastronomic delight. We shall try even harder to suck up, next

2003-0307-05   Cross will send an email to the "folks" mailing list, about
      the proposal to move our meetings to the fourth Thursday of
      every month. The next meeting is tentativly set for Thursday,
      March 27th.
