The meting started at 8:12 pm. Attending were:

Ste read the minutes from last month.

2003-0403-00    Anothy will email an asset report and statement out to us
                this week, and retroactively apply interest for the months
                when O was down. (Carried over from 2003-0127)

2003-0403-01   Our monthly meetings have now been moved to the first
      Thursday of the month. Next month's meeting will be held
      on May 1st.

2003-0403-02   We got our line installed. It turns out that it's only a
      192K line however, though we are be billed as if it were
      a 1.5Mb line. ges (with assistance from phil) will contact
      Adrain, our salesman at Megapath, to 1) request the highest
      speed above 1.0Mb SDSL we can get, 2) request information
      as to whether they can or cannot migrate our IP block. If
      they can migrate, we need to know what granularity of
      scheduling is available, and they need to not actually do
      the migration until we call and say "do it". 3) Request that
      they disable nat and reconfigure our router to handle the
      our IP block. 4) Request the login info for the router.
      Ges will report any info to us as he gets it.

2003-0403-03   Everyone should make whatever configuration changes are
      needed to support having thier system moved fast and possibly
      with little warning, such as reducing DNS TTLs.

2003-0403-04   Once the network status is confirmed, ck will arrange, with
      Deb, the earliest possible time when we can remove our
      equipment. We must have two people there when the move
      happens.

2003-0403-05   We would like to rename the collective. Please bring
      suggested names to the next meeting, as we plan to decide
      on it then.

We took a break at 9:37pm to eat various chocolate delicacies.

2003-0403-06   We would like to thank Phil for the delicious food we had
      for dinner, and for the wonderful ice cream he made for us.
      We thank Tom for the great cake he brought, and Stephanie
      for the delicious fudge she sent us.
